If this url http://URL/$Resources:List_Pages_UrlName appears when you try to run an "All Site" query in a subsite, on Sharepoint 2007 B2TR, you need to this:
On your top site, goto Site Settings > Search Settings (Right Column) and change the option Search Result Url.
Write the url to your Search Central without your header/ server name, like this:
